Overseeing a staff of eight factory trained technicians who can handle any type of repair, and 11 service bays equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, Doug makes sure every vehicle is looked after as quickly and professionally as possible. Listening to the customer's concerns is the first key to success; the second is educating customers on the proper maintenance on their vehicles to ensure trouble free driving for years to come. The last is creating a fun and relaxed environment for staff and customers to make the experience in the Service department positive. Doug has worked in the automotive industry since 1982, involved with nearly every aspect of the industry. Doug brings with him the skills needed to oversee the complexities of proper, courteous service. Doug enjoys the outdoors, gardening, fishing and being Mr. Fixit for just about anything. Doug and his family re-rooted themselves from Atlantic Canada and bring with them the East Coast hospitality that everyone hears about.
