With GM sales and managerial experience dating back to 1985, extensive industry knowledge and an eye for detail, Roger is able to effectively lead his sales associates and run the department like a well-oiled machine. Roger is responsible for an inventory of about 60 to 75 OPTIMUM GM used vehicles, many of which are low-km and late models, and all of which are competitively priced. He collaborates with technicians to facilitate the rigorous 150-point inspection and reconditioning process that each vehicle undergoes to ensure it meets GM's high standards. In keeping with the dealership's focus on community spirit and rural hospitality, Roger aims to create a calm, pleasant sales environment and to provide consistently personable service to every customer who walks through the dealership doors. A sports buff, Roger spends his off hours coaching minor league hockey, and has won Strathroy's Minor Hockey Coach of the Year award. As well, he plays for the OLD Dutchie Men's Hockey Club. His two children, Katie and Kurt, recently graduated from, respectively, the University of Western Ontario in London and Brock University in St. Catharines.
